Parrish Medical Center (PMC) is a public, not-for-profit, 210-bed acute care hospital located in Titusville, Florida. Serving the North Brevard community since 1958, PMC has evolved from a 28-bed facility to a modern hospital with 371,000 square feet of space, which opened in 2002. The center is recognized for its patient-centered healing environment and has received numerous awards, including certification as a Primary Stroke Center and accreditation from the Commission on Cancer. As part of Parrish Healthcare, the first Joint Commission Integrated Care certified network in the nation, PMC offers a range of services including cardiovascular care, oncology, stroke care, and surgical services. The network also includes the Parrish Medical Group, a multispecialty group of physicians, and the Parrish Health Network, which collaborates with independent physicians and other health services. PMC is committed to community health, operating without local tax support since 1994 and providing programs through affiliates like The Children’s Center, which serves nearly 2,000 children and families annually.
